Omega Properties built fire escape on building (at 102 N. College) allowing access to roof and making his apartment (at 107 N. College) no longer private. People can walk into his apartment if window is open.
property adjacent has put up play equipment exactly on the property line between their properties, the placement is a hazard to young children and pets, the drive has to be kept open for access to utility poles on the property
property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
scattered litter from construction, work begins after 10 PM,
trash truck parked in front of house, shouldn't be there, blocking access to driveway, she has "lifeline", can't get in or out
Linda from Utilities called to report that there is raw sewage coming up from the ground. She stated that if you pull in to the parking lot and go back to the end you will see it.
Received report from BPD of illegal dumping at Kleindorfer's Hardware. BPD was given vehicle plate number which came back to Beverly K. Feldmann at 1036 W. 6th St. Officer Neely included a copy of a piece of mail recovered from the dumpster.
Tree in yard has storm damage, limbs broken and hanging over onto neighbor's tree. Neighbor is afraid limb(s) are going to fall, and need to be removed.
resident has been notified that they are illegally dumping in the container @ 6th & walnut. found their trash in there again on 12/15. first letter was sent to them on 12/3. thanks.
