Mr. O'Donnell came to the counter asking about 412 E. 3rd Street. We did not show the property as a rental. However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
There is a foul odor within the main entrance. It smells like an animal has died, and the landlord, Sheree Deming, seems to think it is not a problem.
extension cords tied around tree, draped across yard from three properties, dangerous situation
WOULD LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION TO BE CHECKED AT THIS RENTAL. 3 CARS ARE PARKING PARALLEL TO HER PROPERTY AGAINST HER STONE FENCE WHICH IS NEXT TO HER GARAGE. THEY ARE SO CLOSE THAT SHE IS AFRAID THEY WILL PUSH HER FENCE OVER INTO HER GARAGE. IS THIS PARKING AUTHORIZED? THEY ARE PARKING ON THE GRASS.
Mrs. Thurston called the P.W. Office to report that her yard has been attacked by gray sand. She is very bothered by the sand.
SEWER BACKING UP RAPIDLY INTO DRAINS.
tree limb hanging down, loose with potential to break, left message w/Lee Huss.
tenant in unit 5 has papers, boxes and tons of combustibles all over the apartment very dangerous.
WOULD LIKE SEWER LATERAL LOCATED WHILE SNAKE INSIDE AT 10:30 TODAY
