There is a downed tree ( a very large limb from a tree) and what appears to be an abandoned car at the deadend of Thornton and Troy Ct. The car has been there much longer than the downed tree limb. I am unsure if the tree is from private property or city owned property but has been down since the bad storm from the end of June....there is also a large section of fence that is down. If this is private property, I am unsure how to get ahold of the owners.
My neighbor at address 2131 S Bent Tree Drive just reported two dead trees on City property that are leaning towards both of our houses. Within the past 10 mins, another dead tree just split in half and half of it fell against other trees leaning towards our homes. At Pete Ellis & Johnhinkle Street (address 3100 Johnhinkle) there is a homeless camp at the back of the property (field). There is hazardous waste at the camp and it needs to be cleaned up. The camp opening to the camp is about 3 feet to the right of the Private Property sign at the back of the field. I have more photos if you'd like them.
The 2 hybrid elm trees in front of our house are dying. I think there are the same tree across the street that are dead. Can you please evaluate the possibility of removing them? Thank you.
Following up on case #189419. The truck is still there and has been for over a year. There has been no work on the property in over 2 weeks, power has been disconnected, and the backyard is filled with trees from the recent storm. Is it possible at all to have the eye-searingly yellow truck with the phallic graffiti removed?
Homeless harassing park patrons. They are also stealing power from an outlet on the pole in the north east corner of park. They have piled up trash in that corner of the park as well.

This is an Envirosac of cement (concrete construction debris), likely left over from fiber optic installation one year ago. It is at the residence of 2809 E Daniel Street. It was a box of powdered cement, that naturally hardened into concrete, making it VERY heavy. I would like to know who to contact to remove this from the easement? Another neighbor asked the residents to please remove it, however they have not, and they likely do not think it is their place to do so since the fiber optic company fractured their driveway and did not take this box of cement with them when they repaired it. A large branch broke on the tree in the front yard of 1121 S Henderson. It’s about 30’ long and pretty big. It’s just barely hanging on. If it falls, it will most likely land in the sidewalk and could easily hurt or kill someone. This fell 3 weeks ago during the storm. I understand the tree folks are busy, but that has mostly slowed down. I even saw a truck stop and offer to remove it… I used this form because I didn’t see an option that made sense for this type of report.
Multiple unhoused people are beginning to gather behind the residential dumpster and by the mail boxes. They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Drug use and evidence of drug use was found. Do not want criminal charges or anything, just for them to not set up In our backyard.
