There is a back-hoe parked in the back-yard, animal cages and multiple vehicles on the property. He is running two separate business from the house and the whole place looks like Pigeon Hill. All of our neighbors are very upset about how the property is full of junk and don't how he can do this in a neighborhood.
Area behind church had trees removed. Are these being put back? Is clearing a whole lot allowed? Unsure how this continues to go on.
There is a property on Graham being used as a business location near the old Broadview school. This is a residential area.
Ceaseless work on property by staff, including late into the evening. Dumpster and portapot on site for approximately 5 years. Excessive lighting at all hours of the night. Soil erosion into the floodplain as a result of excavation and tree removal.
They have been doing lots of major renovations and construction on the building and haven’t pulled any city permits.
I'm inquiring regarding a fence my neighbor is erecting that is well over 6 feet at every post. If I was to dispute or request someone come out and inspect the fence, how would I go about doing that? Please see the attached photos. Thank you so much for your help! Best wishes, Keith
There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this. Thank you for giving this your attention.
Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. My neighbor's backyard at 224 S. Maple has a junked car parked on an unimproved surface. There is also an accumulating amount of junk, as shown in the image.
