Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Raw sewage coming out from under this trailer and it smells really bad. Has talked to the older gentlemen who lives here but he is sick..may not own this trailer and it is not a registered rental. Can hear the sewage coming out whenever toilet is flushed etc.

Mr. Montgomery phoned to complain about 135 E. Sunny Slopes Dr....he lives @ 165 E. Sunny Slopes Dr...he said the fence row that is along 135 and the neighbor's house has about 50 trash bags full of trash lined along it and have been there for quite some time now.

Location of your Problem: 2112 Montclair Avenue Details: I'd like to make you aware of house at 2112 Montclair Avenue, which is on the corner of Montclair Court. The house is on a corner lot and the lot is filled with debris of various kinds, among them two pallets of yard rocks that have been spilling out onto the street for years, as well as discarded garden netting, piles of tree branches, tarps, an unmowed dirt mound, and so on. I live in Sycamore Knolls near the property and pass by the property and Montclair Court every day, and not only my family but also several of my neighbors talk about it as an unfortunate eyesore that, frankly, doesn't reflect the care that the rest of the neighborhood is trying to maintain. Can something be done, particularly about all of the debris that is on the side of their house open to Montclair Court? My hope is that some reasonable and diplomatic way to resolve this situation can be found, or at least that the owners can clear some of the debris from their property. Thank you.

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.
