Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? Location of your Problem: 2112 Montclair Avenue Details: I'd like to make you aware of house at 2112 Montclair Avenue, which is on the corner of Montclair Court. The house is on a corner lot and the lot is filled with debris of various kinds, among them two pallets of yard rocks that have been spilling out onto the street for years, as well as discarded garden netting, piles of tree branches, tarps, an unmowed dirt mound, and so on. I live in Sycamore Knolls near the property and pass by the property and Montclair Court every day, and not only my family but also several of my neighbors talk about it as an unfortunate eyesore that, frankly, doesn't reflect the care that the rest of the neighborhood is trying to maintain. Can something be done, particularly about all of the debris that is on the side of their house open to Montclair Court? My hope is that some reasonable and diplomatic way to resolve this situation can be found, or at least that the owners can clear some of the debris from their property. Thank you.
