I live at 925 N. Madison St. I want to report that the tenants and or management of 910 N. Rogers St. haven't been taken care of the grass and it's waist high. I have seen rodent come out of the grass and it's becoming a problem for me, because these rodents try and sometimes get under my porch and die.
For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.

Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Infestation of rats.
Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.
A few weeks ago someone spraypainted the side of this house. It appears that the vinyl siding was replaced with siding from the back of the house. Because now the back of the house is exposed. Besides this, the house has mold growing all along the side of the house. Horrible shape.
Raw sewage coming out from under this trailer and it smells really bad. Has talked to the older gentlemen who lives here but he is sick..may not own this trailer and it is not a registered rental. Can hear the sewage coming out whenever toilet is flushed etc.
