Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Linda from Utilities called to report that there is raw sewage coming up from the ground. She stated that if you pull in to the parking lot and go back to the end you will see it.

House looks abandoned. Little black cat seen in front yard. Backyard gate is open - appears to have pet carriers strewn about back there. Maybe someone at the animal shelter could drop by and look around (?)
