Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.

A few weeks ago someone spraypainted the side of this house. It appears that the vinyl siding was replaced with siding from the back of the house. Because now the back of the house is exposed. Besides this, the house has mold growing all along the side of the house. Horrible shape.

Dear John, I'd like to draw your attention to something that's happening at Walnut Grove apartment complex south of town. Somebody has recently bought it, is raising the rents, and economically challenged people are having to move out with nowhere to go. I run a food pantry there once a month and have gotten to know many of the people who live there and they are angry and frightened. What's happening there may be legal, but is certainly unethical. I understand that you are interested in creating low income housing, but this is a situation where low income housing is being flipped for a profit and leaving many people literally out in the cold. Raw sewage coming out from under this trailer and it smells really bad. Has talked to the older gentlemen who lives here but he is sick..may not own this trailer and it is not a registered rental. Can hear the sewage coming out whenever toilet is flushed etc.

Huge pile of cat waste behind house, visible from Ritter Street and from parking lots on Adams and on 5th. Also several cat litter bags and a large pile of wood debris in driveway. Person submitting complaint will be calling to check on enforcement progress. He believes this is a public health issue as well as smelling and looking very bad.
