This house has all kinds of things outside that are NOT meant for outdoor use. A filing cabinet, for instance. This address has been reported multiple times and nothing gets done. Can you please tell them something other than, "Put a tarp over it"! How about mandating that they actually clean it up by a certain time frame. Never happens.

Lots of trash at the street. Trash and recycling can are over flowing at the street and trash bags are on the ground in front of cans
