Tree limbs and overgrowth are growing into the public utility lines, along High Street. The sidewalk is unsafe, has not been cleaned, is covered in debris, yard waste, and mud. The excessive water drainage from the house, has caused a pothole in the public street (High Street), with a blacktop patch, that is unsafe, and collects water and debris. Not even level with the roadway.

Danna Workman commented on 9/21/2020 about someone named Kierra who damaged her car in a parking lot. The uReport was actually about a hole in a sidewalk and there was no report of damage to a car. This needs to be corrected so the hole in the sidewalks can get fixed.
Dead tree between sidewalk and street. Fungus is now growing on the dead tree. Is it possible to have it removed before the fungus spreads to the nearby alive tree?

The tree that is planted near our driveway has roots growing extremely close to the house, sewer, and ATT electrical boxes. We were planting plants today and noticed there is a large root next to out driveway and house. The roots have already caused the sidewalk to raise and crack and our driveway is already being lifted. More importantly, thick roots growing next to out house. We would like the current tree cut down to stop any further damage, especially to the structure of the house, driveway, and sewer. We are completely fine to have a different smaller tree planted in its place. Please advise as we recently had plumbing issues and wouldn't want this to get any worse. On S. Fess on the west side of the street, between 2nd and Hunter, between the sidewalk and the curb, you fill find the scene as shown in the attached photo. It appears a water meter lid is missing and there are some pieces that look askew. This is a large, deep hole that could seriously injure someone who steps into it.
Hello, I live in Bloom Apartments, which is owned by Hunter Bloomington Property Group. Last week, I received this letter announcing a bark park, along with the image at the bottom. I found out that the property group only installed a gate to block vehicles and one on the sidewalk for pedestrians, but have no other enclosures surroudning. I think this is misleading to call it a bark park, when every instance of a bark park or dog park I can find means it has an fenced-in area for dogs to roam. The way they worded this along with the image of the entrance gate makes it seem like it's enclosed. When I called, the representative didn't seem interested or concerned, even when I asked if they could sent a follow-up email clarifying how the space isn't enclosed. My main worry is that dog owners may not know the bark park isn't enclosed, and could lose a dog or have it hit by a vehicle being so close to main roads. Thank you, Vincent Holloway
There is what appears to be a fraternity renting all of the units at 403 E 20th St and they are constantly playing loud music and littering the property with empty containers that sit around for days before being cleaned up. Attached are pictures of the lot that has been littered for days. The noise from their parties can be heard from down the street and the litter often ends up on the sidewalk facing the street and the small wooded area behind the property. The parking lot behind the property is almost always covered in trash.
On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.
