The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.

Mr. Murphree moved to an area that has a lot of trees and could no longer use his satelite service so he became an Insight customer.
Mr. Murphree has impaired hearing outside the range of being able to discriminate words, no matter how high the volume is set. Mr. Murphree is seeking to have closed captioning for the hearing impaired provided for Insights "On-Demand viewing"
