Common hallway lights do not work properly, refrigerator not working properly, LL refuses to fix. Tenant sent certified letter to LL. Compl. insp. scheduled for Friday June 24 @4pm w/RH.
Unsanitary conditions; floor covered with dog/cat/reptile feces, cigarette butts, trash and food. Roaches and gnats in all rooms. Runnebohm needs to sign complaint prior to scheduling.
Rental property next door to her. Owner has allowed trees to grow up along property line and branches hang over her home and yard, dropping leaves and branches, etc. She has had the expense of having the limbs over her property trimmed. She'd like for owner to be responsible for it.

Mrs. Pietsch called to complaing regarding the inappropriate time that private haulers pick up dumpsters around her residence. Her sleep is disturbed on a daily basis and its hard for her to get back to sleep.
Resident states that her trash can was set too close to the street and with the students going to North High School and driving way too fast, her trash can was run over and destroyed. She requests that the sanitation crews put her trash can a little further back away from the street and increased patrols by BPD, especially before and after school.
