HOLE IN PARKING LOT AT KINDER KARE KINDERGARTEN
The owner, Jamar, has been having a continuous yard sale for weeks, creating intense traffic on a 1 lane street, especially on weekends. His grandchildren cannot ride their bikes. This is off Rockport Rd.
TRUCK 682 IS PARKED SO THAT MS ANTILLA CANNOT DRIVE UP TO HER STEPS WHICH SHE HAS TO DO. (SHE IS HANDICAPPED)
DRAINAGE FROM STORM, PIPE IN HER YARD LEAKING SEWAGE
There is a foul odor within the main entrance. It smells like an animal has died, and the landlord, Sheree Deming, seems to think it is not a problem.
FIRE HYDRANT NEEDS PAINTED
House has been vacant for one year and is not livable. It needs to be boarded up, or demolished. Raccoons, possoms, and ground hogs are living and breeding there, and destroying the neighbors' lawns.
Tenant is "troubled." Sharon is concerned that he is a "slob." He sits cans of opened food out to attract bugs, as a kindness, so that the other residents will be "bug free." He has a long file with the IU Police; has called to complain that someone stole his toilet paper, etc. They would like for us to make an inspection of the apartment's condition.
