Between 15th/16th on Indiana, on the westside of the street there is a large tree growing in the tree plot that is crowding the street. Transit buses are having a difficult time due to large branches hanging down. please call Barbara with an update.

"As someone who enjoys walking and bicycling, I would very much like to see consideration of more bike paths and sidewalks to enchance the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. Owner/manager of Steve and Barry's says there is a terrible odor from the City garbage receptacles in front of his store on Kirkwood as well as dumpsters in the alley behind his store. Says if the City cleaned out the ones on Kirkwood occasionally it might help. He felt the dumpsters needed lids to help with that problem.
