Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! A young police officer stopped my husband and I last night in front of Convention Center on S. College to tell us our license plate was expired. He could not have been more polite. Apparently, there is a mistake on our license plate sticker which we were unaware of and our registration showed the correct date of June. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. Thank you to the officer!!

Today was the first day I used the B-line and bike boulevard on Allen Street. I really enjoy having these types of routes available to me for commuting on my bike. I hope that the city will build in more of these types of places.
