multiple vehicles on unimproved surfaces, in road, blocking road, impassable; complainant wants to know who is the "point person" on this matter & where they are in resolving the issue.
City police called to say they were at this property for a disturbance and when they stepped out the back door they stepped into raw sewage.
There is a dead tree in the city right of way in front of her house.

A complaint was raised by Cheryl Underwood (Bloomington landlord) on 11/07/2011 at the Plan Commission that this structure had illegally added a fourth bedroom to each of the two units and that no enforcement action had been taken.

Stop sign issue. The stops signs on Rogers (intersection with Dodds) are not apparent enough, so people have a tenancy of blowing through the four way intersection. The suggestion is a red reflective strip on the sign pole, or another way of making the stop signs more visible in order to improve safety at the intersection.
