Mr. Weddle inquired as to the new date of a wedding class offered by the Peoples University Program.
Mr. Bassett wants to know if there is a way that a hold can be placed on parking tickets b/c he is currently paying off other tickets.
There is water flowing from the side of the apartment building onto the sidewalk and streets. The water smells like washing machine water.
WOULD LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION TO BE CHECKED AT THIS RENTAL. 3 CARS ARE PARKING PARALLEL TO HER PROPERTY AGAINST HER STONE FENCE WHICH IS NEXT TO HER GARAGE. THEY ARE SO CLOSE THAT SHE IS AFRAID THEY WILL PUSH HER FENCE OVER INTO HER GARAGE. IS THIS PARKING AUTHORIZED? THEY ARE PARKING ON THE GRASS.
Mrs. Thurston called the P.W. Office to report that her yard has been attacked by gray sand. She is very bothered by the sand.

Citizen filed complaint concerning the forced installation of digital services and now is paying 20% more for something she never wanted. Citizen stated she was not told about the rate increase when the digital service was installed.
Customer is forced to get an analog box to receive cable services; not only is Insight forcing her to rent the box, but Insight has made it very difficult to arrange for the box to be installed. An arrival time for a tech cannot be guaranteed; cust. waited from 8-12 and was then told she had the wrong date. Customer feels Insight is forgetting that she is the customer, and Insight is the service provider.
