Please close report #177626. It was mistakenly associated with 810 N. Lincoln. The correct address is 806 N. Lincoln, and there is now a case for that address (#177802). The wall at 810 N. Lincoln is not sound, but it is not currently crumbling into the sidewalk.
We rent this house from Cedarview Management. Our heating system is broken and Cedarview has not made strong attempts to fix it. It is 40-50 degrees in our house.
This “Yellow Curb” needs to be repainted.
Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. Floodlight above garage casts blindingly bright light onto adjacent properties, buildings, alleys and street.
The City of Bloomington removed a tree approximately three years ago at the corner of Lincoln and 7th St. We would like to know if the City can plant another tree in that mow strip along 7th Street where the City had removed the tree.
The green painted street light in the 300 block of 7th street is burned out and is causing a safety issue. The large street light still works. It is on the north side of street , near a tree.
This is on a utility pole behind my house at 319 N Dunn St. The pole is located on the south side of 8th St. between Dunn and Grant. It's right next to the small parking spot in my back yard (there's normally a black Subaru Forrester parked there). When I noticed it last night, it was swinging back and forth in the wind. I know absolutely nothing about electrician stuff, but I'm worried that this is an exposed wire from the utility lines that could hurt someone.
