two trees that the City planted at 4011 are diseased. I am worried the disease will spread to other trees. It is some type of weird spiderweb looking stuff that is killing the trees. This is not my home, but I live in the neighborhood at 3912.

Hello, I have no report, but rather a question regarding the big black metal fencing that surrounds the 3rd st. and Morton overpass along the Convention Center. We (staff) are unsure if the trees on E Smith St (near the property location 401 S Washington St) are the city property or if they belong to us. Would you be able to tell me who they belong to? If they are the property of the city, could I schedule to get them trimmed? I was notified that there has to be 3ft clearance between the tree limbs and the property.
