Citizen is TCI subscriber who receives most premium services. Says except for HBO, reception is usually bad - double images, not sharp quality, etc. TCI has come to check and told her the problem was with the "traps" they use but nothing could really be done. Feels she should be able to get a better picture for the cost of the premium channels. At the time, TCI was trying to improve the quality of picture.

We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.
Limb fell in backyard and brought down a utility wire that is now hanging close to the alley. Not an electrical line - looks like communication. Not sure if this is a City issue or not, but the landlord (Parker Rentals) doesn't keep up properties, so it will just hang there until someone trips over it in the dark.
