Ms. Bennett noticed a television cable from a utility pole that ran alongside her property, across a pathway to the Hays Court Apartment Complex on Sunday, 01/30/05. He was unable to sign up for SBC's service due to a third party ownership of the lines specifically related to Acadia Court area. Due to this problem, he felt that he was forced into signing up with Insight at higher price in order to receive the broad ban service.
