Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.

Shannon Ramey (345-2517) is the owner of the apt. complex above and he said that the trailer park beside him has dug a trench and raw sewage is running onto his property. You can call Shannon and he will meet you at the property.

Owner of house called to say students left trash from Monday and it was really smelly. sent man out and got the trash.
he did not know that he had to schedule-please pick up Friday with other appliances. We went out and appliance was not out.
Lady called in said the crew threw her recycle bins back in the entry way and broke her flower pot. Told her to call Risk and file a claim.
caller says they are running a possible car detailing business from this rental. cars are also parked on lawn through out the day.
