I am unsure this is a city issue, there is was looks like a n old landline access panel or junction box on 5th st. that is next to the road (maybe in ROW) that is unlocked and now open. See the picture.

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Approximately 6 weeks ago, Insight or a sub contractor for Insight placed orange flags in the back of Mr. Grant's backyard. Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.

2124 E Woodstock Place nuisance lights over garage are on all night. They are not shaded and not pitched down.
Unshaded exterior lights over garage left on dusk to dawn are a nuisance, light trespass for neighbors.
Caller complained of a dying tree in the tree plot with dead limbs that could possibly fall and injure someone walking down the sidewalk.
Complaint of missing street sign at the corner of E. High St. and E. Wimbleton Lane.
