WENTWORTH SENT A LETTER TO ENG. DEPT ON 9/19/96. HE STATED THAT HIS WIFE HAS BEEN CALLING IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS REGARDING A STORM DRAINAGE PROBLEM. THE RUN OFF HAS CAUSED EROSION WHICH HAS EXPOSED THE WENTWORTH'S SANITARY DRAIN.

Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view.
