re uReport Case #174114. Barking & Howling dogs. This was reported by my neighbor and I have complained many times about these dogs. 11/13 The owner told Animal Control (Ofc Eubanks) they'd get Bark Collars, its been a week and there have been no changes.
Sanitation cart is left in the middle of the alley. I took a picture of it please see the attachment
Tents are popping up again in Seminary Park and the adjacent open spaces. I cannot believe these are for "Garage sales, religious tent meetings, nonprofit events and political rallies" (City Code), so I hope they will soon be removed.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Thank you, Marion Krefeldt 1910 E 1st 812-325-5457
I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.
There is a pair of shoes over a power line in our street. I would like to have this removed, or to be able to contact the person who could remove it safely for us. I want our neighborhood to be a safe one.
A landscape crew repairing the lawn area that was disturbed from an accident last week noticed a leak that was caused by the vehicle. The vehicle apparently had driven over the meter pit. The pit was filled with water, and the City of Bloomington meter was leaking. Nature’s Way staff was able to turn the water connection to that meter off. They recommended we contact COB so that they can address installing a new meter connection, or what repair is deemed necessary.
Tree limbs and overgrowth are growing into the public utility lines, along High Street. The sidewalk is unsafe, has not been cleaned, is covered in debris, yard waste, and mud. The excessive water drainage from the house, has caused a pothole in the public street (High Street), with a blacktop patch, that is unsafe, and collects water and debris. Not even level with the roadway.
1807 E. Wexley Road. Daily and nightly barking of two dogs left in fenced in back yard (whether owners are home or not.) Police and humane society visits approx a year ago. (Owners saw police/humane society car/person/officer and brought in dogs swiftly.) No changes ever since then. No peace in the neighborhood. Have also written owners polite requests with no change. I gave up but must try again as my home is not restful at all with the incessant barking.
