RE: 3rd St Park. Construction crew used one of the benches from 3rd St Park and it is now sitting in mud and water on the SE corner of Municipal Building. Caller wants the bench cleaned up and back at 3rd St rather than rotting away.

dog "droppings" at Bryan Park. Walking with daughter, she got it all over her. Must watch every step
you take. Problem has occurred last 2 weekends. Problem shouldn't be occuring in a park!

Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
