Approximately 6 weeks ago, Insight or a sub contractor for Insight placed orange flags in the back of Mr. Grant's backyard. Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.

When Insight returns, residents will be notified.
Mr. Resch stated that his cable reception is terrible and has been for some time. Mr. Resch stated that he did not receive a satisfactory response when speaking to customer service. Mr. Resch stated that repair would not be able to come to his home for more than one week and was given a 4 hour timetable for service. March 6,2000: Tech crews worked on the feeder line in Clairmont Place and fixed the problem. A service rep verified this with Mr. Resch.
Mr. Chance stated that the new channels have very poor reception. Mr. Chance stated that many of his neighbors have complained of poor reception. Mr. Chance feels that it is terrible that you have to wait for a week for service. Mr. Chance's complaint is long standing problems and long delays for repair. He was contacted on January 3, 2000 by a customer service rep., technicians worked on the feeder line that services Clairmont Place, and Mr. Chance reported that the dignal had cleared up.
