BUILT A 1,000 SQ FOOT DECK ONTO RESTAURANT W/OUT PERMIT. NEED PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT APPROVAL FOR ENCROACHMENT OF DECK OVER MANHOLE AND STAIRWAY THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE REQUIRED. PATRICK FIORE, OWNER, WENT TO PW DEPT LAST YEAR, ONE OF THE CONDITIONS FROM THE BOARD WAS THAT THEY COMPLY WITH CODE AND THE BOARD WANTED A COPY OF BLDG PERMIT. FIORE NEVER PURSUED THE MATTER AND DECK WAS BUILT.
ANDERSON DID GRADING WORK THIS PAST WEEKEND RAISED THE SLOPE OF YARD CAUSING RUNOFF ONTO HER PROPERTY(BLDG PERMIT '93 #31168 COMPLETE)(GARAGE PERMIT "94 #35279)
Students are parking partially in the alley at night due to the new parking zone. Could not get an emergency vehicle in alley if needed.
Built a roofed, screened in back porch w/electricity with no building permit.
Wanted paving done and guard rail installed to protect his stone fence. Told him not feasible.
Would like alley paved between S. Jefferson and S. Roosevelt by E. Third.
Would like paving done on Fourth Street at Roosevelt. Car continually run into his stone wall causing damage. He would like a guard rail to protect his yard from traffic.
Three buildings have been built without building permits, these are commercial pole structures that should require state release also
