As a neighboring property to 704 Country Club, I am concerned about the owners proceeding with construction on their dilapidated structures towards the back of the property. Do they have the proper permits and approvals from the City? How many houses and occupants can be on one plot? I would like the City to make sure this is in compliance. Thank you!

Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. Is it possible for someone to check out this property for animal abuse? I just walked by today (via the alley) and they seem to have a lot of growlings dogs in cages that were covered with blankets.

Suspicious activity at 801 W 7th. A lot of people coming and going constantly. They don't stay long. Possible drug activity? Blue Honda Odessey van with three people and a dog now living on the property. Is this a licensed rental or a single family home? Woman who often drives the van seems disoriented.

There is a tall dead tree in the backyard of this rental house in my neighborhood, right near the property line with the other house. During each major storm, large limbs fall into the street, creating a danger for those of us who walk past that location. The tree should come down ASAP. I should have reported this sooner but occasionally someone (city? utilities?) saws up the limbs that fall so I have assumed it was on someone's radar. Last night VERY large limbs came down. Please make sure someone solves this problem soon.

Hi, I live at 4200 E Saratoga, zip 47408 and my backyard is adjacent to commercial property on the north side of 3rd st. There is a building with lighting that I believe to be non-compliant with city code. the location is 4213 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401 and it's Strauser Construction. They have a very bright light on the rear of the building that is one all night and is an open bulb with no cover. It's like a spot light shining on my house and yard, and into our windows. The light is on the rear, west corner of the building and there may be on on the east corner as well. I am hoping someone from the city can confirm compliance with city code and request a cover or timed security light or dimmer bulb.
