Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Can BPD enforce the State laws for loud exhausts on vehicle? There are some you can hear a half mile on more away. I know they are under staff and over worked. We really appreciate all they do and have to put up with.
