Two unknown individuals in a white rental camper van approached my running vehicle while my children were inside. They attempted to turn off the engine and physically touched the vehicle door and power button. I was inside a store briefly, and when I came out, they were interacting with my car in a suspicious manner. The behavior was threatening, unsafe, and created fear for the safety of my children. This happened outside of Buddhist gift shop in front of gift shop here in Bloomington. These 2 individuals are a couple about 170 lbs for the male and 150 for the female. Both light skin with sunglasses on and wouldn’t take off their sunglasses when I approached them to ask what they were doing in my car when my daughter called me. I drove away immediately after I confronted them they were kind of evil laughing when I asked them why they touched my vehicle. Lady was laughing and wouldn’t turn around to speak. They were eating noodles and claimed to be concerned about my vehicle motor smell from muffler. They ranted “I can’t understand you Americans” when I asked why would they approach my vehicle with my children inside. They had a rental white camper van labeled rental on it.

Leaves illegally dumped in city property. Sheridan Woods. This happens every year and I don’t know who is doing it the nearest neighbors claim they use lawn services to haul away their leaves.

We have mold in our unit, the property management company is not taking proper actions to get rid of it, they said they are just going to clean it with dawn and water, I work for a property management company and this is not the correct way to handle it, I have informed my leasing office that they are NOT to enter my unit!

Have informed HAND dozens of times about problems at this property: 1. selling meth 2. building fires on the lawn 3. unhoused sleeping in tents in the yard 4. trash and other hazards. Have called the Police Dept several times with no response and also have been receiving death threats which have been reported to the police.

Hello. We provide water at this address for the tenants (there are 3 units in this property) and they let us know they believe one of their trash bins has been stolen. Can this be replaced? Unprofessional demolition occurring. Dust and particles (asbestos?) flying everywhere. Once the City/County have given permission to demolish, is there an office that oversees the activity? Who checks for all the lead paint flakes that are released? The crew who did this looked Mennonite/Amish, but they might not be because they were using industrial equipment - and making a huge mess.
