Kinser Flats 1610 north Kinser Pike residents are trespassing on 441 West Gourley Pike. Leaving trash, needles, excrement' clothes. When asked to leave, they often get combative. It is not even safe to walk outside D/T needles, human waste and belligerent people. They have also done damage to the building. they have attempted to break in, cracking windows and tearing apart air conditioner units.
There is a round about on Summit Street and Cottage Grove. The roundabout is completely overgrown and is also covering up the drainage system. It's so high that when kids are riding their bikes and cars are coming around the corner, they almost get hit. It needs to be cut.
There are two billboards on this parcel N of our neighborhood entrance on N Walnut St to the W beyond the chiropractor’s office. It appears this parcel was once owned by Hoosier Outdoor Advertising so, I’m presuming that once Steve Ferguson obtained it and Parks and Rec is now the owner that both of these billboards can be taken out and until that might happen at least the one with the lights can have those deactived along with any service. It would be perfect if this area would then be able to gain native trees to add our Tree City USA canopy and Haskell Smith would be able to increase our diversity with new trees followed by native shrubs et al that will be most welcomed over any likely invasive bush honeysuckle et al along this main coordinator into our City and from the N into Cascades Park along the E side of Old State Rd 37 or Dixie Hwy. Mike Frey - 317-727-3371 Mike is the owner of Bub's on the corner of 9th Street and N. Morton. The last parking spot on 9th street before you hit Morton has been turned in to a handicap space. According to Mike this space is on a hefty incline that was once riddles with pot holes. He stated that it is smooth, but that it is not an accessible space by any means being on a hill. 601 Maxwell Lane is a house zoned as a rental property but may be in violation of occupancy restrictions. The house consistently has 5 plus cars in the side driveway, on occasion blocking the alley that runs behind S Fess Ave. Garbage is consistently in front of the house, on the lawn and surrounding areas, and parties from the house leave garbage along the alley and on nearby property. At present, there is broken glass in the driveway/alleyway where cars enter the alley from Maxwell Lane, which was presumably broken during a party last evening (with noise complaints filed by neighbors).
So my name is Jeremiah Jackson. I have been a Monroe county resident almost all my life. I have reported some things to the Bloomington police department and to two news agencies about officer misconduct and abuse of power. I can’t seem to get anything done in this regard. I’d really appreciate it if you or someone in your office would take the time to have a discussion, it involves misuse of power and my request for a restraining order and protective order and the fact these individuals are still stalking me and harassing me. Thank you very much for your time. His name is Jeremy m ayres, possibly Shawn Riggs. And they claim they are an officer named Chris Scott but my attorney has done checked into that. They do not have a warrant or court order. So there harassment is not legal by any means . It isn’t surveillance or an investigation it is blatantly harassment.
Barking dogs in the back yard of 1432 Winfield. This rental has at least 5 dogs that I have counted and there may be 6. It's hard to count the exact number when they're running all over the yard and barking. They don't bark for long periods of time but it's very disruptive. Last night a dog was barking in the back yard of 1432 Winfield between 12 and 12:30, disrupting sleep. This morning I was awakened at 5:48 am by a dog barking in the back yard of 1432 Winfield. This house is a nuisance. I have complained about trash in the yard in another venue.

There is a gentleman living in an RV that is parked in the yard of this address. He is 100 percent living in this RV as.his residence
