Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
Invasives in the right of way, the north property line, and along the creek including privet, poison ivy, burning bush, & multiflora rose.
There are white company/utility trucks that have been parked here for MONTHS without being moved, which is against the 72 hour rule. They do not belong to anyone nearby, no idea where they came from but someone left them here and hasn't moved them. Please issue a ticket for the 72 hour rule.

I'm not sure how to report this anonymously online so forgive me if this isn't the right place to do so. Robert Scanlon Jr. located at 1480 N Arlington Dr. Apt 702, Bloomington, IN 47404 is in possession of marijuana. He smokes it on a daily basis. He has two small children who stay with him sometimes. I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon. Today around 5:15 - 5:20 pm I had an unfortunate altercation with a City of Bloominton employee. He appeared to be 5’8” to 5’10” with short black hair, a blue city shirt and dark shorts. He was stopped at the garage near Scotty’s at Walnut and 7th street and had several garbage cans in the back of a City of Bloomington pick up truck as well as another worker who sitting in the bed of the truck with the trash cans. My wife needing to use the ATM stopped the car in the entrance and got out. This employee told her she couldn’t do this, so she said “ok” and got back into the car. At this point, still needing to use the ATM I hopped out to use the ATM myself while my wife circled the block. The city employee at that point moved toward me aggressively asking me several times if I “wanted a ticket”. My wife did not move the car yet because the employee moved in front of our car so rapidly and aggressively that she thought he was going to punch me. I explained that she was going to circle while I used the ATM, and he glared at me and walked away haughtily. I asked him for his name several times and he ignored me. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a city employee. I felt threatened by this individual and do not think he should be working for the city I pay taxes to.
