Omega Properties built fire escape on building (at 102 N. College) allowing access to roof and making his apartment (at 107 N. College) no longer private. People can walk into his apartment if window is open.
Owner has a wood burning stove in the garage. He is burning "something" that has a very bad odor drifting through the neighborhood.
Harold & Rossie Stewart@3709 E. 3rd St. back yard is adjacent to above property. Property has overgrown trees and weeds in back yard, causing a raccoon problemfor the Stewarts. Would like property cleaned up. Have received complaints in the past.

roaches and silverfish infestation coming from Unit 3(abandoned), claims there are some in his apartment inside the front door, won't throw them away so you can see them
Unsanitary conditions; floor covered with dog/cat/reptile feces, cigarette butts, trash and food. Roaches and gnats in all rooms. Runnebohm needs to sign complaint prior to scheduling.
