I'm concerned that this electrical substation or whatever is visible from the lovely and brand new Wwitchyard park. Mrs. Baughman says leaves were never collected. She is Lot 150 along "Thorn Tree Drive" - says the west side of the street was collected, but they never got the east side. The leaves are a mess and make parking difficult.
