Owner has a wood burning stove in the garage. He is burning "something" that has a very bad odor drifting through the neighborhood.
Omega Properties built fire escape on building (at 102 N. College) allowing access to roof and making his apartment (at 107 N. College) no longer private. People can walk into his apartment if window is open.

resident has been notified that they are illegally dumping in the container @ 6th & walnut. found their trash in there again on 12/15. first letter was sent to them on 12/3. thanks.
During storms a few weeks ago a 5 - 6" diameter tree branch broke and fell onto another healthy branch and they're both hanging low over the road. Cars can get under them but larger vehicles get their roofs scraped.
Possible unregistered rental, line of sight issue.
