Hello. I have a dead tree in the tree plot between the street and sidewalk. This was reported to the urban forester last year and he agreed the tree is the city's responsibility, but nothing happened. I would like to have the tree removed and a new suitable tree planted. Thank you.

White Lincoln town car and blue Ford Explorer in driveway for over a year-both not running. Bags of trash in front yard. Drugs in and out of house/property. Please help clean up this eyesore!

Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! I submitted Case #180206 on June 5, but Jo Strong mistakenly closed it on June 9, saying "no sidewalk at this location. I gave the location of the owner of the sidewalk, but the sidewalk is on the south side of their property, while their driveway is on the north side. The overgrown sidewalk is on Fields Drive. Jo Strong also said, "Is address correct?", but there was no way for me to respond. Please reopen this case. I attached a photo (although it isn't showing or acknowledged), but the situation has grown worse since I took this photo.
