Invasive Tree of Heaven in my neighbors yard OR on city property. Who’s responsible for removing this tree?

I found a gun magazine near the storm drain when walking to my vehicle. Not sure how much of a gun safety issue this is, but I think someone should probably grab it.
In a storm a couple of months ago a tree fell and took out powerlines and pole on our property at 2403. But there are other lines down that must be ATT or Xfinity lines. I've called Xfinity and they have done nothing. I doubt the lines are dangerous, but I hope there is a way to compel them to deal with this issue (which also affects other neighbors whose properties the lines run through. FYI we purchased the 2403 property in order to renovate the existing structure. We are in process of designing the renovations, and cleaning out the derelict property.
Two invasive bushes (burning bushes) over 8" high. Please have removed and treated. Make it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. According to Bloomington rules they are supposed to be removed. Thank you.
A large branch broke off a city tree (between the sidewalk and street) during the last wind storm. I trimmed off the branch and cut it up into smaller pieces but the tree requires attention where it cracked.
Our tenants have reported a lot of used needles all over the alley next to our Morton building. Would we be able to request a sharps pick up?
Poison Hemlock growing around Storm water drain outlet behind 555 and 603 N. Plymouth Rd in Parkridge East.
Piles of debris/yard wast bags inside fencing in front yard, installing fence posts next to sidewalk.
The alley between 14th & 15th Street just West of Lindbergh needs fresh gravel. When it rains it becomes very muddy and is full of potholes.
There are white company/utility trucks that have been parked here for MONTHS without being moved, which is against the 72 hour rule. They do not belong to anyone nearby, no idea where they came from but someone left them here and hasn't moved them. Please issue a ticket for the 72 hour rule.
