She stated that she has contacted Insight a number of times and she did not know what else to do. She would like this re-occuring problem addressed by Insight or the TCC.

I have had to move furniture in my living room and bedroom. I spent multiple shop vac, moving furniture, vacuuming, and spraying the carpet. I have had absolutely no help from the summit point staff after making six submissions for their help. I would appreciate any help I can get.
