I pay $67 a month to park in the Morton St. garage. For the past week and a half almost, the gates to the garage have always been open. Anyone can come and go as they please. What exactly am I paying for if it has been open this long?
You guys have really messed up with the "new" residential parking permit application process. I am relatively computer savvy and it was difficult for me. I can't imagine how people without computers or who don't know how to do the multiple steps required will sort this out. My neighborhood has many elderly people who are really struggling with this process. Boo to you City of Bloomington. You could do better!
Hello, I currently have a neighborhood parking permit that does not expire until August of 2022. However, my back windshield has randomly shattered and I now have to get it replaced. I am unable to peel off the sticker without it ripping a ton, and I don't want to try too hard in order to avoid the window completely shattering into pieces. I am getting the windshield replaced tomorrow, so I will lose the sticker I currently have. I was wondering if there is a way I can receive a replacement of the exact same sticker. I will include a photo above. My permit says Zone 1:2021129649 and my license number is DC5127. Let me know if you need more information from me. Thank you.

I was paying to have a pass at the parking garage above Scottys and had to move away from work. I had a charge I did not recognize on my account and had Chase look into it, it was the parking pass. 3-4 months before I left my pass stopped working, I called and they said the payment terms changed and that my account was deactivated. Is there a way to get the charges to stop, my only other option with chase is to cancel the card. I would appreciate any help you can offer!
There have been an unreasonable amount of cars without permits during the week that park all around my house, which is near 8th and park ave, and there have been numerous occasions where I cannot even find a place to park at all. But then I'll go down the street and look and I notice, 2/3 of the cars don't have permits. I realize I live near campus buildings which draws people to want to park close to classes, but I believe that if tickets start being given, especially for repeat offenders, then this issue will be solved. Hello, I work for the County and have a parking pass to the Scotty's garage. It has not worked for me at all last week or today. It will not let me into the garage, but it will let me out.
