East Amp Way folks in the new complex are using College Mall as a parking lot, instead of it being for customers of commerce. Is there a fix for this? People in residences should have parking onsite or not have a car before parking in a space intended for commercial use.

Parking enforcement needed today with all kinds of prohibited parking and no neighborhood permits in green acres neighborhood next to IU and e 3rd st. Please send an officer to enforce as it is difficult for residents to navigate because of the excessive parking.

7-8 cars are routinely parked at the SE corner of Washington and Dodds. The cars are parked very close to the corner, and residents place an orange cone in the street to "reserve" their parking spot.

Black ford SUV has been parked on the 600 block of 2nd street between Fess and Henderson for over 3 weeks in same spot without moving in front of 600 E 2nd St. Has a street parking permit but is violating the 72 hour parking limit. Owner refuses to move car after asked to. Please tow

15.04.020 - Abandoned vehicle. "Abandoned vehicle" means: (2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days; Based on this section of the Ordinance could you check into the 2 Ford vehicles (Red truck and white van) that are consistently parked for more than 3 days without having been moved, and are parked in front of property 613 and 619 S Eastside Drive? They do have a valid neighborhood street parking sticker, though. However, they both have a BMV license plate sticker that expired in November of 2023.
