Meter A01 accepts some change without adding appropriate time to the meter. Normally I wouldn't care, but it ate a quarter of the funds entered shorting me 15 minutes which in turn landed me a parking ticket, so now I'm paying $20 for 10 minutes of time. Btw, you are apparently stealing Google Maps functionality (see screen capture showing "developer mode")
All the parking meters on the west side of Madison are completely defaced - they have black ink covering the display so that you cannot tell if/how much you have paid, and the green tag saying what zone for the mobile app has been ripped off. Is it ok to park there? Will you get a ticket even if you can't use the meter correctly?
There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?
Meter 7699 did not register deposit of coin.
The parking meter we used this morning accepted my first quarter, but the second one got stuck in the coin slot. It is still stuck there. Someone should check the meter and remove the coin. The meter is on Kirkwood west of Walnut on the north side of the square. Here is the meter information: Parking zone: 76118 Meter: 5THW117-A
Noticed vehicle parked in front of my car which had the last metered spot around 10-11 am after I arrived for work and it was still there when I left after 4, it was also very close to mine which left very little room to get out as well.
I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. Ref. #1 = 10.174.5.142-1372DBC7397-70EF2644-3DD4FC3E Ref. #2 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA975E1-4455AA88-796A35A7 Ref. #3 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA49A86-7BD90C64-518A26FB Two of the three receipts have shown up on my credit card. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. You may also want to look into your website and figure out WHY this happened. I will be looking for a credit to my account and would appreciate an acknowledgement to this issue. Sincerely Karen M. I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today. I would like to email you the receipt that I received from your website when I paid. Below is a copy of the receipt: From: CITY OF BLOOMINGTON <gateway@linkpt.net> Date: Fri, Feb 5, 2010 at 10:40 AM Subject: Receipt from CITY OF BLOOMINGTON To: Rafael Ishman <ishmanr@indiana.edu> Company: CITY OF BLOOMINGTON Reference Number: 10.174.5.172-1269ECA190F-4DDE4099-60171B1A Subtotal: $80.00 Tax: $0.00 Shipping: $0.00 Total: $80.00 CITY OF BLOOMINGTON
There is a black BMW 'parked' in the 800 Block of West 3rd st with expired plates that looks abandon. It has not moved in quite some time and perhaps should be removed. Thanks.
