I am hoping that i can be credited for my lack of action manually deactivating my parking session. I love the app and convenience of using the app for parking. However, the new pricing model requiring a stop action tripped me up...and I think it is more difficult and not as user friendly. Residents at 814 S. Eastside Drive routinely park on their lawn to fit 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway. There are 2 cars parked on the lawn.

There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?

Bedrak Café- will tow vehicles after hours for $200.00. Their signs are nowhere near the parking spots that are considered 'private'.

my opinion about the parking meters downtown is what I would like to address.I don't like them and think merchants must suffer from lack of business. many times when downtown I leave and go elsewhere due to insufferable parking and difficulty of the meters.
