Parking Meters and Citations

The amount issued for parking tickets is absolutely ridiculous and while waiting for my pay check to come in in order to pay it, it doubled in less than a month.

There has been a dark green Chevy Trailblazer with an Illinois license plate that has been parked at a meter space for about a week now. It’s on the west side of Walnut street. It does have front end damage so it may not be operational? Would like the city to look into this.
Got this tickets from your city & never been there, it’s a mistake of your system!
I would like to appeal citation #22203000568. the license plate is IN 939ZUE PA 7/2022. It says the meter was expired but I was parked outside of my apartment after 9 which is when meters stop running
I would like to appeal citation #22203101755. I was parked outside the art annex building for a class and was in a rush, and paid for the wrong meter section.
There is a grey Toyota 4 runner with tags that expired last October sitting at the corner of grimes and Henderson.
This green trailblazer has been parked on Walnut in between Kiwkwood and 4th street next to fountain square mall for almost a month. It needs to be towed. My office is in the mall and we’ve watched ticket after ticket get placed on the vehicle, which is eventually destroyed by the elements. People have even written on the window to tow the car.
There is a parking meter 302.5a that is not connected to the ground.
Parked and left without paying the meter. Parked irresponsibly crossing the parking line
Hello. I have a question regarding parking. I frequent a business across the street from FAR (Fourth and Rogers Center for the Contemporary Arts). The owners of FAR have contacted the owner of the business I frequent and have stated that her customers cannot park in front of the glass garage doors (see the attached photos) as it is private property. Instead, we should use the parking lot in back of the building where the business I frequent is housed (the old Bloomington DMV). However, there are no signs or markers to indicate that this is private property. Sometimes when an event is being held, there will be signs taped to the glass garage doors warning people not to park there. However, most of the time, there are no signs. Is parking allowed here? Can I be towed/ticketed if I park there and there is nothing to indicate that this is private property? I appreciate your clarification on this! Thanks, Sarah
