I just submitted Service Request ID: 178175 and realized that I may have forgotten to add that my car is parked on 10th street near the tennis courts right after the intersection of 10th and N Jordan.

Hello, my name is Alex Brown and my car keys were stolen from the SRSC last Friday. I am in the process of getting a new car key to replace the one that was stolen but I am concerned that my car might be ticketed or towed in the time that it takes for me to find a replacement key in order to move it. I am unaware of your policies when it comes to issues like this but my car is a Black Chevy equinox with the license plate number WE9196. I understand if there is nothing you can do for me in this situation but I would appreciate any leniency you can give my as far as my car being ticketed or towed under this unfortunate circumstance.

Parking Enforcement officer #303, Gary Rutherford, lied about having spoken with me in any capacity after having written me a ticket. County Clerk RayeAnn Cox also illegally refused me my legal right to know my accusing officers name for no reason, and refused to allow me to legally and officially file a complaint against her officer. She could not give me a reason that she refused me my legal right, and waited a full 24 hours with no explanation and no legal justification. They should both be reported and investigated for how they handle and abuse their power, as well as reviewed for termination for not legally serving the public by which they've been given this power.

I was walking into City Hall and a citizen informed me that there was an issue with all the meters on the South Side of W. 8th Street. I am not sure if this is true or not. He said he could not get his coins to work.

Fourth street parking garage. Friday, October 29, 10:50pm, leaving the parking garage took 20 minutes!!! Only one out lane open - ridiculous!!! Had to pay an extra $0.50 for waiting in line to get out. Should have been 2 out lanes open.
Please correct for future!!!!

There is a black Honda Civic parked in a meter parking spot in front of the church that has not moved in over a week. It has accumulated parking tickets on it. Believe this vehicle is abandoned at this time.

hello please let me know how i can receive a refund for this meter. the other day I tried to use it and i put 4 quarters in and it didn't work so I had to use my credit card. attached picture of the meter so it can be serviced if necessary. normally I wouldn't ask for a refund but this has happened several times lately which can add up and I don't want to risk getting a ticket. so please let me know how I can receive my $1.00 refund that I placed into this meter that didn't work. please email me at ddglass@gmail.com. I look forward to your response. thank you!

I not sure if any one has ever complained about this but The intersection at 14th and Woodburn Ave is a very tight intersection as I have noticed an issue of people parking where they aren't suppose to. I'm almost got hit coming off Woodburn to 14th street cause you can't see past the cars. My son's bus has a hard time making the turn on Woodburn from 14th street cause people park on the yellow curb. This is an everyday problem. Please check on this.
Thanks,
Hannah.
