Car parked partially in driveway and a little less than half of the car is out in the street.

Vehicle parked overnight less than the 15-foot clearance from fire hydrants mandated by Indiana Code (§ 9-21-16-5). This house tends to violate this Code most weekends, but it has been hard to get a parking enforcement officer out here on the weekend. Do parking enforcement officers work on the weekend?
