Several parking meters in front of our business are not working due to damage (they are not even installed) - this causes nearby tenants to park in these spots "free" for many days in a row, leaving nowhere for our customers to park. A charcoal Grey Jeep Cherokee Indiana License plate # UP5372 has been parked in front of our house for months. It has not moved. It looks like an expensive car, so abandoned for the summer by a foreign student? Isn't there a time limit on parking spaces?

People park on both sides of W. Howe St. and it causes many issues with traffic turning onto the street from both S. rogers st and S. Madison St. Please consider fixing this before there are more accidents.
