A campsite has been created in the Griffy Woods, just south of the North-most entrance to the trail system on Dunn street (south of the top of the hill/Dam). A path has been cleared off of the trail to the campsite area and a large area has been cleared for the campsite. There is a tent set up with gear, etc. present.
A fence has been bent down over the B-Line near where it ends at Adams St. Along the top edge of the fence, is sharply pointed barbed wire. This is positioned above the trail precisely where it will catch a cyclist in his face causing severe injury. This is such a very dangerous situation that it should be taken care of with the highest priority.
I was biking on the B-line, heading south between Rogers and the Showers plaza. There was an MSI guy in one of those little cars they have in the right hand lane. The little car takes up the whole lane and he was driving slowly, which is fine, but I wanted to pass him. So I crept into the left hand lane, craning my neck to make sure there was no one oncoming while I passed. But while I was doing that, the MSI driver started to drift into the left hand lane as well! I didn't know what to make of that so I braked. As I tried to pass again, I tried calling out but I don't know if he heard me. Those things have right-hand drive, so he was on the opposite side of the car from me and as I crept past, it seems he was looking in his right mirror? Anyway please remind them to maintain their lanes or at least to look all around before deviating from their path. Thanks!

Yesterday afternoon I was chased by 2 large dogs on the new southern extension of the Jackson Creek Trail, near the end at Rhorer Road. One of the dogs is all black, and the other some sort of pit bull mix. I wasn't able to determine which house they might have come from.
several large trees fell across west side of loop trails, near school and past
Tree trunk/limbs down over rails to trails, less than 1 quarter mile South of That Road.

Hello, Monroe Parks & Rec, This is just an FYI and hopefully an appeal for help. I contacted the sheriff’s office on Sunday, March 29, 2020 and since then the camping site looks to have expanded and the trash in the creek and along the road has increased. If you begin at the parking lot on Country Club and walk south on the gravel road that runs parallel to the trail, it takes about a 4-5 minute walk south to arrive at the spot. It is past the brush and next to the creek. There is a small orange tent and a large blue/green structure (I didn’t get too close), there is also something large in the creek that looks like bedding. Thank you for any help! My personal email is <patwooie@yahoo.com>
