Can the city do something about the very large homeless encampments on both sides of switchyard park - B-Line trail near the dog parks. I like to bring my dogs to the dog park, but am uncomfortable with such a big encampment of homeless so close to the park and the kids play grounds as well. There’s a lot of trash blowing around on at both encampments and this afternoon they had open “camp” fires burning. As a single women with my dogs, I have to say I’m very uncomfortable walking my dogs on the B-line in Switchyard park and using the dog park with so many homeless camping in the immediate area of Switchyard park. Thank you.
behind 2710 east creeks edge drive, severe erosion banks of jackson creek, city manages this plot, thanks
The tree plot has rock all over. Per parks code about maintaining this tree plot, isn’t this supposed to be grass? Can you please resolve this so further damage is not potentially caused to the tree roots? Hope to see more green in these little urban patches throughout the city
hole cut in chainlink fence separating trail from RR tracks. encourages people to cut across tracks to campsites
People are burning plastic in Switchyard Park. Hazardous to breathe
A large tree fell covering the path going up the hill just south of the newly constucted waterfall wooden path. It needs chainsawed to clear path.
Tree and tree limbs down and across trail. Location is the trail alongside eastern bank of creek, adjacent to Old State Rd 37. Approximately 0.5 miles south of the intersection of ClubHouse Rd and Old State Rd 37.
There is a massive amount of either human or animal feces on the eastern end of the B-Link trail. Very hazardous for anyone walking the trail.
Could you add something to trail rules? Please outlaw retractable leashes while on trails. With the congestion on many trails, retractable leashes are an extreme danger to bicyclists that are safely passing pedestrians. Also, I like the yellow lines dividing each way on the trails. But, why not on the bridges!
